Have you ever thought about the articles that forever reside on the digg's Upcoming page and never manage to get a digg from another digger. Do you think all of these articles are not worth getting diggs?
Think the impact that changing the diggs default to upcoming page will make. Alot of people will get to see the upcoming stories this way.
